Description of Voiceover Artist's Voice
Bright and engaging and a soft native Southern Welsh lilt, our Welsh voice actor Rebecca's roots are in Newport, South Wales, She has a native soft Southern Welsh accent which can be easily deepened or lightened to suit - whether it's deep Valleys (think Bryn from Gavin and Stacey) or just a simple hint, she's got you covered. Rebecca speaks some Welsh and is working towards fluency.
With a warm, friendly and engaging tone, her voice is well-suited to scripts that clients would like their listeners to relate to and engage with easily. She has a flair for comedy, so Rebecca is particularly good with fun, comical, tongue-in-cheek type narrations and characters.
Having also worked with children over the last 10 years, she's an experienced storyteller and thoroughly enjoys using her voice to bring characters and stories to life - for both children and adults alike! As a trained actress Rebecca is fantastic with accents, adapts to scripts easily and takes direction well. While she is often well suited to lighthearted and engaging scripts, Rebecca is just as at home reading more corporate and educational scripts with a warm but professional tone.
Over the last 15 years, Rebecca has worked on a wide range of projects - from commercials, animations and audiobooks, to educational resources, explainers, corporate reads and IVR.
